Hi I’m Erin O’Donoghue, Founder of Hive Collective.

A recovering over thinker and imperfect human on a mission to live a slower, more intentional life and support others along the way.

I’ve been fortunate enough to do many things in my career, but the consistent theme across all my life and work is people.

Empowering people to be their best. In life and work.

Since leaving the corporate world in 2018, I’ve been undoing a lot of ingrained habits and behaviours. Particularly the heavy reliance on the masculine energy of doing, achieving and hustling. Even though I knew I wanted to let go of a lot of that, some of it still managed to creep into the way I set up my businesses and how I was working everyday. These days I lean much more into the feminine energy of flow, creativity, receiving, rest and trusting my intuition. It’s in doing that and letting go of the things that I can’t control that’s made a big difference in the way I run my business.

As I’ve more deeply connected to myself and my purpose my business has evolved and changed. I now realise that the my diverse experience and multi passionate approach is my super power!

For me, the most important thing about having a fulfilling life and business, is consciousness and growth. That especially in our own business, it is so important to be aware of the things that hold us back from being the best version of ourselves, including our mindset, limiting beliefs and how we’ve been conditioned to follow ways of being and working that aren’t necessarily the best for us and who we are at our core.

Acknowledging that we have things to learn and room for growth doesn’t mean we’re broken, in fact I believe it makes us incredibly brave. I also believe that the more we heal and grow individually, the more we will heal the collective and the better the world will be. And I’m all for a more conscious and compassionate world. For us and for future generations.

I’m honoured that you’re here and I’d love you to join me in my journey of growth, joy and healing through my podcast, This Messy, Beautiful Life or by connecting on Social Media. I have closed my coaching books and am not currently doing any 1:1 or group coaching work, however if you’re here to find out more about my Consulting work, you can do that here.

Working for myself means I have the freedom to work where I want, the flexibility to work when I want and the quality time to spend with my family. My partner, daughter and I are currently living the digital nomad life and truly testing the limits of what we can do to live a life that’s not traditional but feels so good to us right now!

The Podcast - This Messy, Beautiful Life

Join me, recovering over-thinker and imperfect human in a shared journey of growth, joy and healing in this messy, beautiful life.

This Messy, Beautiful Life explores concepts of self development, spirituality and harnessing our brain, body, soul connection for powerful growth and healing.

It's my intention to contribute to changing the narrative that says if you're healing, you're broken because it's simply not true! The way I see it is that growth and healing is at the heart of us continuing to rise and evolve as humans. If you're someone on a journey of personal growth and healing, then you're in the right place. Let’s learn, grow, share and raise our consciousness together through the power of vulnerability and storytelling!

You can check out all the details and episodes here and listen on Spotify, Apple, Google, Amazon or Stitcher.

I’d love you to subscribe on your favourite channel, leave a review and share with your friends so we can get this message out into the world!

“My heart and soul felt so nurtured and nourished following the Soul Circles experience. I enjoyed every moment, from the visualisation meditation, self-reflection and sharing, to the setting of our intentions. Erin is a beautiful space holder and her energy felt so calming for my nervous system.”
