And I want to share this beautiful healing and grounding energy with you.

I’m inviting you to join me to rest and retreat in Bali from 27 - 31 March 2023.

I know Bali intimately. I deeply love this island and its people. I know how things work and how to create an amazing experience for you. I'm here on the ground making sure everything is just as it should be. We will be working directly with, and supporting Balinese people, as well as honouring local Hindu traditions.

 
 

It's going to be five luxuriously slow and transformative days, purposely crafted to support you in slowing down and reconnecting to yourself and other like minded souls in a beautiful environment.

Time to nurture your mind, body and soul.

There will be a beautiful blend of structured activities and free time for you to integrate your learnings and reflection, as well as enjoy the venue and it's surrounds in whatever way you choose.

The Retreat will be a small group experience, with numbers capped at 10 people (maximum) to ensure a personal and intimate experience for all. No big group to get lost in or need to compete for attention.

What’s included:

  • 5 day of transformative retreat activities, including;

    • daily yoga and meditation

    • workshops focused on nurturing your mind, body, soul connection

    • sharing circles/ritual/ceremonies

    • transformative tools and practices to take home with you

  • 1:1 guidance session with Erin during the retreat (30 mins)

  • 1:1 guidance session with Erin the retreat (45 minute - online)

  • 1 x day trip to the Tirta Empul temple in Ubud to participate in a Hindu Purification Ceremony

  • 4 x nights luxury accomodation in your own room (twin share upon request, so you may want to think sharing the retreat experience with your partner or friend!)

  • Breakfast daily

  • Lunch and dinner x 3 (this is done so we can venture out and you have some flexibility in your food choices, although all the food will be delicious!)

  • Airport transfers to and from the Retreat

  • 1 x 60 minute Balinese massage

Please note that more/specific inclusions will be added to the retreat activities in early 2023, dependant upon guest facilitator availability.

You will also have the opportunity to add on additional experiences at an extra cost to you, such as:

  • Wellness experiences (massage, facial, etc)

  • Gym/training options

  • Personal branding shoot (perfect for the small business owner)

  • Acupuncture

Flights, visas, travel insurance and other other travel requirements are not included in the retreat package and are the sole responsibility of the guest.

My programs are designed to create space for each individual within them, and this retreat will be no different.

What, and how much each person takes from the experience is completely up to them. This is not a one size fits all experience, and there will be plenty of space for the individual experience, as well as that of the group.

No-one will be left behind, because you are completely in control of how far and where you go within the experience.

There is no right or wrong way to do it, simply show up with an open heart and mind and a readiness to receive what will unfold for you over the five days.

 
 

 
 

Why is it important to slow down?

Allow me to get a bit “scienc-ey” for a moment, because in addition to all the magical and spiritual elements of the retreat, you might be interested to know there are many other reasons why this retreat will be SO good for you.

This may be news to you, (I suspect not!), but our bodies are not meant to operate in a constant state of stress. There are lots of things that occur in our busy modern lives that activate our body’s stress response; it’s different for all of us.

What we have in common though it that stress triggers our sympathetic nervous system, which responds automatically (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) because it thinks we’re in danger. With the type and volume of stressful events occurring, a disregulated nervous system can become “normal”, especially if we don’t have an awareness that it’s happening in the first place.

The good news is that when you work with, and support your parasympathetic nervous system, it does something called down regulating. Using the vagus nerve, it allows us to send messages between the body and our brain, meaning that our body is telling our brain what to do, rather than the other way around (which is what leads to the unconscious thoughts, habits and behaviours that many of us are operating on; “autopilot”). Ultimately, it allows you to start taking back control of the automatic responses of your unconscious mind.

 

It’s not about living a slow life. But about taking the time to slow down. To rest. To nurture your nervous system. To be more present. To simply be.

By undertaking the activities like yoga, meditation, breath, massage and gentle movement (aha!) you engage your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to regulate your sympathetic nervous system. These are also things you can do at home and by regularly incorporating these slower and gentle practices, you are increasing your bodies ability to downregulate generally and in the moments when you might need to call on it.

This retreat will be a great opportunity to hit reset. To take yourself away from the environment where you’ve become so used to juggling, of carrying the heavy mental load of all the things to be done and always feeling like there’s not enough time in the day (yes babe, I see you!).

Time to slow down and nurture your mind, body and soul and to set new rituals, routines and ways of being that continue long after you return home.

Where will the Rest and Reset Retreat be held?

We will be gathering in the seaside village of Sanur Bali, just 20 minutes from Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport.

The stunning retreat location is the Maya Resort, a 5 star boutique hotel right on the beach, in the heart of Sanur.

This is the week after the Balinese New Year (Nyepi), and a perfect time to hold the retreat to harness the new year energy of endings and beginnings.

The VIP Early Bird Tickets available only to those on the waitlist start at $2997* AUD (save over $600 off the full price ticket!) Please note the waitlist has now closed.

The first general release of Early Bird tickets will be available from 1 January 2023 with prices starting from $3290* AUD (save over $350 off the full price).

All remaining full price tickets will be available from $3650* AUD.

I’m Erin, your retreat host.

I’m a coach, guide and podcast host, recovering overthinker and imperfect human. I’m here to share my experience of living this messy, beautiful life and spread the word that just because we’re healing doesn’t mean we’re broken.

I'm all about supporting and empowering people to be the best version of themselves and I believe there's so much power and connection in sharing our stories of growth, healing and joy.

I create and hold space in group programs, love creating meditations and I'm a trained Hypnotherapist. Despite wearing many hats, and not really fitting in any “regular” box, I proudly say that my diverse experience and multi passionate approach is my super power!

I have been on a personal journey of healing for the past 7+ years and it's been through understanding the mind, body, soul connection and the power of developing a deep awareness/consciousness of self that I've learnt tools and strategies that have changed the way I see and experience the world. All for the better.

A corporate escapee with a Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resources) and a gradate of Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school), I love to bring together my years of experience creating positive employment experiences to now hold and create space for people to fully meet themselves, however that looks for them.

I'm currently living in beautiful Bali with my partner and daughter, and I can tell you, this place is ab-so-lutely magical. Being here has deeply supported me in slowing down, focusing on what's really important and reconnecting to myself in a whole new way. And now I have the honour of sharing some of this magic with you.
